Job Summary

This role as a Road Construction Planning Engineer involves managing the full lifecycle of road planning projects, from initial basic determination through to final execution planning. A core component of the daily work includes overseeing and coordinating engineering road planning conducted by external third parties. You will be responsible for crucial documentation tasks, including the creation of detailed specifications, comprehensive cost calculations, and the technical preparation of necessary subsidy applications and political proposals. Additionally, the role requires monitoring specialized traffic engineering projects, such as traffic light installations and expert traffic reports. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable field and brings several years of professional experience in road construction planning. Essential qualifications include fluent German proficiency, strong organizational and negotiation skills, and expertise in application-related planning software and MS Office tools.
