Job Summary

This role centers on the coordination and technical oversight of electronics production processes, specifically within Surface Mount Device (SMD) assembly environments. As an Operations Technician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day steering of manufacturing workflows, which includes setting up and operating automated SMD placement systems and conducting functional checks. A significant portion of the role involves technical administration, such as creating and maintaining accurate bills of materials (BOM) and utilizing CAD systems for production support. Quality assurance is a critical component, requiring the execution and monitoring of Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) tests to ensure product integrity. Beyond routine operations, you will be expected to identify bottlenecks and implement process optimizations using Lean Manufacturing principles.
