Job Summary

As an Electrical Layout Engineer at FERCHAU, you will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, design, and coordination of cable systems for turnkey installations, including High-Voltage Direct Current (HVDC), Flexible AC Transmission Systems (FACTS), and Gas-Insulated/Air-Insulated Switchgear (GIS/AIS). Your daily activities will involve the technical layout of cable routes for control, low-voltage, medium-voltage, fiber optic, and specialized cables. You will bridge the gap between technical design and project execution by creating cable lists, pull cards, and technical specifications while ensuring compliance with international standards. This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to negotiate with suppliers, evaluate bids, and coordinate interfaces across various project phases.
