This role involves supporting the State Construction Management Region North-West in executing large-scale public construction projects, specifically focusing on the major reconstruction of the NATO Wittmundhafen airfield with a volume of approximately €750 million. The successful candidate will manage and lead electrical engineering projects across all phases of development, from initial planning and tendering to construction supervision and final accounting. Key responsibilities include coordinating with external architectural and engineering firms, providing expert technical advice, and ensuring strict adherence to quality, schedule, and cost controls. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Project Management, Industrial Engineering with a focus on Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field. Alternatively, State-certified Technician in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience in electrical engineering and project management
  • Practical experience in HOAI service phases 1-9 is highly desirable
  • Experience in IT-supported cost and schedule monitoring
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating external service providers and engineering offices
  • Experience working within legal guidelines, regulations, and technical engineering rules
