Job Summary

This role involves managing and executing sophisticated construction projects for federal and state properties within the Lower Saxony region. Working for the State Construction Management Region North-West, the successful candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle—from initial planning and tendering to construction supervision and final accounting—in accordance with HOAI service phases 1-9. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading new builds, renovations, and extensions, as well as coordinating with external architectural and engineering firms.
