Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Public Management, Business Informatics, Information Security, Industrial Engineering, or Crisis Management; or completion of the 3rd qualification level for Civil Service (Administration and Finance/Science and Technology).

Experience

  • Professional experience in crisis management or emergency response operations
  • Experience in staff work or coordinating leadership task forces
  • Proven background in process management or business model management
  • Experience working within public administration or municipal services is highly advantageous
  • Practical experience in implementing business continuity measures and risk assessment
