As the IT Team Manager for Infrastructure at ETC, you will lead and develop an international team of systems, workplace, and network engineers. Your day-to-day responsibilities include steering the strategic development of a scalable infrastructure roadmap covering server, storage, modern workplace, and network solutions across both on-premise and cloud environments. You will ensure a high-availability 'always-on' infrastructure for global production sites, specifically focusing on the stability of integrated OT/IT environments. This role is highly collaborative, requiring close partnership with IT Security to implement modern standards like Zero Trust and Disaster Recovery.
