Job Summary

As an IT Support Specialist and System Administrator at DELA Germany, you will be the primary technical point of contact for a growing team of 60 experts specializing in funeral insurance. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing the full lifecycle of the digital workplace, including hardware and software procurement for laptops and smartphones, conducting employee on- and offboarding, and administering Microsoft 365 environments. You will provide critical first- and second-level support while collaborating with external service providers and contributing to strategic IT and digitalization projects. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree or vocational training in Information Technology (Informatik/Fachinformatik) or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Proven experience in employee on- and offboarding processes
  • Experience in project work and collaboration with external IT service providers
