Job Summary
In this role, you will serve as a central point of contact for IT support and workplace management within a growing insurance organization. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing hardware and software procurement for laptops and smartphones, providing first and second-level support to colleagues, and handling the complete employee on- and offboarding process regarding system access and devices. You will also be responsible for license management, Microsoft 365 administration (including Teams and SharePoint), and contributing to various IT and digitalization projects. The position is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys optimizing IT processes and working in a collaborative, modern environment. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree or vocational training in Information Technology (e.g., IT Specialist) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- At least 2 years of professional experience in IT support, system administration, or digital workplace management
- Professional experience with Windows administration and hardware/software management
- Experience in employee onboarding/offboarding and access rights management
- Proven experience in project work and IT process analysis

- Location: Düsseldorf. Flexible working model with 2 days per week home office. Full-time or part-time options available. Knowledge of Dutch is considered an advantage but not required.
