As an Architect and Tech Lead in Munich, you will drive the digital transformation by defining clear architectural principles and design guidelines for distributed systems. You will be responsible for making critical technical decisions, selecting frameworks, and ensuring alignment with long-term business and IT strategies. Your day-to-day involves leading technical teams, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior developers to foster expertise. You will act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, collaborating closely with Product Owners, QA, and Requirements Engineers. This role is particularly unique as it focuses on highly regulated and safety-critical sectors such as Defense, Aerospace, and Medical Devices, requiring a deep understanding of traceability and certification processes. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in technical leadership within a team environment
  • Professional experience in designing or evaluating complex system architectures
  • Experience designing systems for Defense, Aerospace, Medical Devices, or other highly regulated sectors
  • Practical experience with verification, validation, and certification processes
