Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in electronics/electrical engineering with an advanced qualification such as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or State-Certified Technician (Techniker).
Experience
- Professional experience in the energy supply sector, specifically in the acquisition, development, and implementation of projects.
- Practical experience in electrical engineering or power grid maintenance.
- Leadership experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in managing external service providers and third-party contractors.
- Proven track record in meeting project deadlines and economic targets.
