As the Team Lead for Power Grids at Stadtwerk am See, you will play a pivotal role in managing the regional energy infrastructure in Überlingen. Required Skills
Education
Vocational training in electronics/electrical engineering with advanced qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician (Techniker).
Experience
- Professional experience in the field of energy supply, specifically in project development and implementation
- Practical experience in the acquisition and execution of technical projects
- Leadership experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Demonstrated experience in entrepreneurial thinking and independent decision-making
