As a Service Delivery Manager in Frankfurt, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Operations Manager with the strategic and operational steering of the service organization. Your daily responsibilities include ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs, managing incident and problem management processes, and overseeing the onboarding of new team members. You will act as a critical interface between customers, service managers, and external providers while contributing to international IT infrastructure projects. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Proven experience in managing SLAs, KPIs, and service quality monitoring
  • Experience working within international IT projects and teams
  • Experience using ITIL methodologies and service management tools like ServiceNow
