As a Business Intelligence Manager / Data Analyst at Legalhero, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth of a dynamic legal-tech startup. Reporting directly to the COO, your daily responsibilities will involve identifying strategic KPIs to drive growth and process optimization. You will be responsible for identifying data sources and implementing measurable dashboards to monitor operational performance. Beyond technical analysis, you will act as a bridge between internal and external stakeholders, supporting business development through data-driven insights. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a similar qualification.
Experience
- Initial professional experience in Business Development, ideally within a startup environment
- Proven experience in creating dashboards and reports using Tableau and Excel
- Professional experience in data-driven analysis and controlling tasks
- Experience working in an agile and dynamic business setting
