Working closely with the COO and management team, you will be responsible for identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic projects that drive growth and process optimization. Your day-to-day will involve communicating with internal and external stakeholders, building new projects independently, and supporting business development through data-driven analysis. You will be instrumental in identifying data sources and implementing measurable operational dashboards. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Initial professional experience in Business Development, preferably within a startup environment
- Professional experience in creating dashboards and reports using Tableau and Excel
- Experience in identifying data sources and implementing performance-tracking dashboards
- Experience working with SQL databases is preferred
- Experience in the legal industry or a legal-tech company is a plus
