Job Summary

As a Business Process Manager at Lidl's international headquarters, you will act as a strategic partner to various departments and international branches, driving process excellence and organizational change. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve consulting with specialist departments to optimize value creation, facilitating workshops for process design, and modeling workflows according to internal standards. You will utilize data-driven insights from process mining tools and apply methodologies like Design Thinking and Journey Mapping to ensure customer and employee centricity. A key part of the role involves identifying automation potential through AI and RPA while training departments in process methodologies. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy a blend of strategic conceptual work and hands-on implementation. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or Business Administration.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in business process management
  • Proven experience in process modeling and data-based process analysis
  • Experience in moderating workshops and presenting to stakeholders across all organizational levels
  • Practical experience applying customer-centric methodologies like Design Thinking
