Job Summary

As the Expert for Payroll & Travel Processes and Systems, you will serve as the central point of contact for international subsidiaries across more than 30 countries, driving digital HR transformation. Your daily responsibilities include the strategic management of global digitalization projects, such as implementing digital payroll documents and optimizing SAP Concur for travel expense management. You will take full ownership of end-to-end process management, including the documentation and continuous improvement of global standards. Additionally, you will lead test management and planning, ensuring high-quality criteria are met across systems. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys a mix of strategic oversight and hands-on implementation, including occasional international travel to support local rollouts. You will work at the intersection of HR and IT, strengthening the value of HR services through modern technology and efficient processes within a large-scale corporate environment.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification with a focus on HR or IT.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the HR environment or SAP consulting
  • Proven experience in project management and process consulting for complex rollouts
  • Practical experience with SAP HCM systems
  • Experience in test planning and development of test catalogs
  • Initial experience with cloud-based solutions like SAP Concur is preferred
