Job Summary

As a Process Manager for Automation and Digitalization in Procurement, you will serve as the engine for digital transformation within Lidl's international purchasing department. Your daily responsibilities involve developing forward-looking automation solutions and actively shaping efficient, data-driven workflows. You will independently automate procurement processes using Google Cloud technologies and RPA tools, while analyzing and optimizing existing global procedures. The role requires managing interface communications between ERP systems and purchasing tools and leading cross-functional automation projects. This position is particularly attractive for those who enjoy a dynamic, international environment and want to combine technical expertise in coding and data with strategic business process management. You will collaborate closely with IT and procurement teams to drive innovation and efficiency across the organization.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in automating procurement processes using Google technologies and RPA tools
  • Experience in analyzing and optimizing global business workflows for efficiency
  • Proven track record in managing cross-departmental automation projects
  • Experience working with ERP system interfaces and purchasing tools
  • Technical experience in programming and database management (SQL, Python, or JavaScript)
