Job Summary

As an HR Business Intelligence Expert based at the international headquarters in Neckarsulm, you will serve as a vital link between operational departments, technical teams, and over 30 international subsidiaries. Your primary focus will be driving HR transformation through SAP-based projects, specifically utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Datasphere. Day-to-day, you will specify functional requirements for global BI systems, manage development priorities as a project lead, and expand the SAP BW Data Warehouse to enhance data granularity and KPI reporting across all regions. You will be responsible for designing effective data visualizations and self-service BI solutions that automate processes and reduce manual effort.
