Job Summary

As an HR Business Intelligence Expert based at the international headquarters in Neckarsulm, you will serve as a vital link between operational departments, technical teams, and over 30 international subsidiaries. Your primary focus will be driving HR transformation through SAP-based projects, specifically utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Datasphere. Day-to-day, you will specify functional requirements for global BI systems, manage development priorities as a project lead, and expand the SAP BW Data Warehouse to enhance data granularity and KPI reporting across all regions. You will be responsible for designing effective data visualizations and self-service BI solutions that automate processes and reduce manual effort. This role is particularly attractive for professionals who enjoy working at the intersection of IT and Human Resources within a dynamic, international environment. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Economics, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in Human Resources, Controlling, or Business Intelligence
  • Proven experience in professional project management
  • Advanced experience in the conception and implementation of BI solutions and IT systems
  • Practical experience working with SAP HCM, SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Datasphere
  • Experience communicating with diverse stakeholders within an international organizational structure
