Job Summary

As a Senior Strategy & Analytics Consultant, you will serve as the strategic lead and analytical backbone for the Business Development & Cycling division. Your primary responsibility is to translate complex market research data into clear strategic directions to shape Lidl's sports portfolio. You will build and manage market monitoring systems to track competitors and technology trends, ensuring a sharp market position. Day-to-day tasks include creating data-driven business cases, performing scenario planning, and defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor commercial success. This role is unique as it combines high-level strategy consulting with a deep passion for the cycling industry, requiring you to prepare decision templates for executive management and coordinate cross-functional collaboration. You will enjoy a high degree of autonomy, a company car for private use, and structured management training at the corporate headquarters.
