Job Summary

This role offers a unique opportunity to act as the architect and administrator of a digital HR landscape during a major transformation phase. You will be instrumental in the rollout and optimization of Workday as the core HR system, ensuring seamless integration with Sage payroll software. Day-to-day, you will manage system configurations, user rights, and master data structures while designing automated workflows and data governance standards. You will act as a critical bridge between HR requirements and technical implementation, providing first-level support and training to the team. This position is particularly attractive because it allows you to build highly sought-after Workday expertise from the ground up within an international corporate environment. You will have significant creative freedom to develop technical solutions that establish a 'Single Source of Truth' for HR controlling, working within a stable, listed European healthcare group in Frankfurt.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification with a strong focus on HR IT.

Experience

  • Professional experience in HRIS administration or HR controlling
  • Experience in project management and system rollouts
  • Practical experience with Workday or Sage is highly preferred
  • Experience in designing technical workflows and HR process optimization
  • Experience acting as a functional interface between HR and IT departments
