Required Skills
Education
Degree in Engineering (Bachelor or higher) specializing in Supply Engineering, Building Services, or Energy Technology; or qualification as a Technical System Planner (Supply and Equipment Technology) or HVAC Technician/Bachelor Professional in Technology.
Experience
- Professional experience in technical building services or HVAC planning preferred
- Experience in creating planning and tender documentation
- Practical experience working within HOAI service phases 1-9
- Experience in coordinating with diverse project stakeholders and construction participants
- Open to career starters with relevant technical backgrounds
