Job Summary
This role involves the comprehensive planning and design of electrical systems for building projects in Berlin. As an Electrical Building Services Engineer, you will be responsible for creating detailed planning and tender documents, developing concepts for power supply, lighting, and low-voltage technology, and coordinating with various stakeholders throughout all project phases (HOAI 1-9). You will serve as a technical consultant to clients, ensuring that complex projects are implemented with high quality. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Supply Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or Energy Engineering (Bachelor or higher); or qualification as a Technical System Planner for Electrical Systems or Technician in Building Systems Technology.
Experience
- Professional experience in electrical building services planning and design
- Experience in creating technical concepts for energy supply and lighting
- Proven track record of working across all HOAI service phases (1-9)
- Experience in coordinating with planning and construction participants
- Practical experience is highly valued and can outweigh formal degrees
