Job Summary
This role is ideal for a service-oriented individual to provide first-level IT support and administration. Day-to-day tasks include being the initial point of contact for apprentices, teachers, and staff regarding IT systems, managing Surface tablets, and administering user accounts and permissions. The position also involves supporting the implementation of a new training system and contributing to the design of a new IT infrastructure. Key requirements include a background in IT, strong customer service skills, and experience with Microsoft environments and server administration.
