Job Summary

This Junior IT Support / Administrator role serves as the primary technical contact for trainees, teachers, and staff, providing essential First-Level Support. Your daily responsibilities will include managing user accounts and permissions, specifically overseeing Surface tablets used by trainees and ensuring smooth operation of IT systems. A key strategic component of the role involves assisting in the implementation of a new training and development system and actively contributing to the design of the updated organizational IT infrastructure. To succeed, you must possess a completed vocational qualification as a Specialist IT Specialist or equivalent, paired with a strong service orientation. Essential technical experience includes administration within the Microsoft ecosystem, covering Office, Teams, Azure, and Intune, alongside general server administration skills. Knowledge of software distribution, network management, and SQL database administration is also required for this hands-on administrative position.
