Job Summary

As a Total Rewards Specialist for the EMEA region at GlobalFoundries, you will play a pivotal role in designing and managing a modern, compliant compensation and benefits system. Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market benchmarking, performing complex data analysis, and steering annual salary and bonus cycles. You will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Legal teams, as well as works councils and unions, to ensure fair and transparent pay structures. The role involves maintaining job architectures, managing international benefit programs, and ensuring compliance with EU regulations like the Pay Transparency Directive. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Human Resources, Controlling, or Personnel Management.

Experience

  • Professional experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, preferably in an international environment
  • Experience in conducting market and salary analyses and benchmarking
  • Experience working with works councils, unions, and co-determination structures in Germany
  • Practical experience in managing annual compensation processes such as bonus and salary rounds
  • Experience using HRIS systems and generative AI for HR reporting and scenario modeling
