Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position based in the Schleswig-Flensburg district offers a diverse role within the Soil and Groundwater Department. The successful candidate will play a direct role in improving local water quality and addressing current environmental challenges near the Danish border. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and technically assessing violations of water, soil, and waste regulations, conducting inspections of wastewater systems and agricultural facilities, and monitoring installations according to the Ordinance on Facilities for Handling Substances Hazardous to Water (AwSV). Additionally, you will handle contaminated site management by evaluating construction files and maintaining the 'K3' soil database.
