Experience
- Successfully completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in managing and supporting corporate networks
- Initial project experience in implementing IT projects, specifically Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Experience or exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications within IT infrastructure
- Proven track record in troubleshooting and sustainable problem solving
