Job Summary

As an IT Application & AI Analyst at General Dynamics European Land Systems, you will bridge the gap between traditional application support and cutting-edge artificial intelligence. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve ensuring the smooth operation of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, PLM) while identifying and implementing AI and automation potentials such as Natural Language Processing, chatbots, and anomaly detection. You will act as a central point of contact for internal departments and external service providers, translating business requirements into technical specifications and managing system configurations. The role is highly collaborative, requiring you to coordinate releases, manage integrations via APIs and Middleware, and ensure strict compliance with security and data protection governance. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in IT application support and AI implementation
  • Extensive experience supporting enterprise users across the M365 platform
  • Proven practical experience with Azure AI services and hybrid AI architectures
  • Comprehensive experience in the administration of enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, or PLM
  • Experience in project coordination and leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Solid background in Data Warehouse and Data Lake platforms
