Job Summary

As an Electrical Master Craftsman in Wuppertal, you will lead and manage an electrical assembly team both technically and disciplinarily. Your day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring compliance with quality standards and legal regulations, planning department functions, and overseeing the wiring and setup of machine tools. You will perform critical VDE measurements (0701/070 and 0113 ENG0204-1), manage electrical acceptance tests with suppliers, and serve as the Responsible Qualified Electrician (VEFK). A significant part of the role involves mentoring and training apprentices in cooperation with HR.
