As an IT Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless IT operations for a leading German service provider with a focus on the media industry. Your daily responsibilities will include providing 1st and 2nd level support both remotely and on-site at locations such as Schwabing-Freimann or the BR broadcasting house. You will be responsible for hardware rollouts, troubleshooting software issues within Windows and Office environments, and managing the physical setup and dismantling of hardware components. Additionally, you will document customer inquiries and maintain asset data within a ticket system.
