Job Summary
As an IT Client Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for technical issues, handling both First and Second Level Support tickets for a leading European IT service provider. Your daily responsibilities include the installation, cabling, and configuration of client hardware according to standard specifications, as well as managing equipment distribution and returns. You will play a key role in infrastructure administration by creating machine profiles in Active Directory, maintaining asset databases, and ensuring all actions comply with ITIL processes. This role is particularly attractive as it offers a position within one of Europe's largest IT service firms, supporting major DAX-listed corporations. The position features flat hierarchies, modern workspaces, and a strong pathway toward permanent employment within the client company, complemented by a structured 40-hour work week and up to 30 days of annual leave.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), IT Systems Electronics Technician, or a comparable technical qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in a technical IT environment
- Practical experience in the provision and cabling of workplace equipment
- Proven experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 environments
- Experience working within ITIL frameworks and using ticket systems

- Must be able to work a 40-hour week in a day-shift model. The role requires physical presence for hardware setup, cabling, and client equipment management.
