As an IT Onsite Support Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for resolving hardware and software issues directly at the customer's location. Your daily responsibilities include setting up and configuring workstations, managing Teams telephony systems, and maintaining various hardware and media technology. You will also take ownership of asset management and warehouse inventory for client hardware. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), IT Systems Electronician, or a comparable technical qualification.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in hardware support and user assistance
  • Proven experience in the installation and configuration of desktops, notebooks, and peripheral devices
  • Practical experience in onsite fault analysis and troubleshooting
  • Experience in managing technical assets and warehouse logistics
