Job Summary

As an IT Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting the IT infrastructure for a major public sector client (ITZBund) through one of Europe's leading IT service providers. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing 1st and 2nd level technical support, managing support tickets, and performing the installation and configuration of client hardware. You will be responsible for SCCM imaging, managing users and passwords within Active Directory, and maintaining asset databases. Additionally, you will handle physical on-site tasks such as cabling and setting up workstation equipment. This role is ideal for a solution-oriented professional who enjoys a mix of software administration and hands-on hardware support.
