Job Summary

This role is central to managing and controlling outsourced services for one of Europe's largest banking IT service providers. You will be responsible for ensuring that external service providers comply with critical banking regulatory requirements, specifically MaRisk and DORA. Day-to-day activities include conducting risk assessments, monitoring service quality, and performing cyclical reviews of external performance. You will act as a consultant to internal departments, assisting with contract negotiations and the drafting of regulatory addendums. A key part of the role involves deriving and tracking corrective measures for high-risk service acquisitions and preparing detailed reports for management.
