Job Summary
As a Mechanical Maintenance Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and developing a technical team within a high-volume production environment. Your daily activities involve coordinating all maintenance and repair tasks, implementing preventive maintenance strategies, and ensuring maximum machine availability to support daily production goals. You will work closely with technical management to oversee spare parts procurement and drive Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) projects. A significant part of the role includes performing detailed fault and weak-point analyses to optimize machinery and production processes. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training as an Industrial Mechanic, Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician, or a similar qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in maintenance and repair of machinery within a production environment
- Previous leadership experience is highly desirable
- Experience in performing fault and weak-point analysis on industrial equipment
- Experience with Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) projects
