This leadership role involves overseeing the central dispatch and logistics operations for a team of approximately 80 full-time employees. You will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of the warehouse staff, ensuring efficient personnel planning and optimal inventory availability through coordinated ordering, receiving, and distribution processes. Day-to-day duties include managing internal logistics, maintaining strict adherence to quality, hygiene (HACCP), and safety standards, and ensuring the 'First-In-First-Out' principle is followed. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Specialist for Warehouse Logistics or a comparable qualification, ideally with further training as a Master of Logistics (Logistikmeister).
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in warehouse logistics in a comparable leadership function
- Proven experience in the implementation of HACCP, quality, and occupational safety standards
- Experience in disciplinary and professional leadership of large teams
- Practical experience with SAP and inventory accounting systems
