Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist at YNCORIS, you will be a vital part of a 50-person IT team responsible for the digital infrastructure of a major industrial site. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing high-quality 2nd-level support, managing complex incidents, and fulfilling service requests in accordance with established SLAs. You will support users both remotely and on-site, ensuring the stable operation of IT systems while collaborating closely with various specialist departments. Beyond reactive support, you will play an active role in software and hardware deployments, patch management, and strategic IT projects aimed at modernizing technical infrastructure. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Systems Electronician, IT Specialist for System Integration, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in an IT environment and customer service is desirable.
- Experience in 2nd-level support and handling complex technical incidents.
- Experience with software deployment, patching, and hardware provisioning.
- Previous experience working within a Microsoft-based business environment.
- Participation in IT projects and infrastructure development.
