As a Data Center Engineer within SAP's Global Cloud Operations team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a specific data center location in St. Leon-Rot, Germany. Your daily activities will involve coordinating external service providers and vendors, managing IMAC-D (Install, Move, Add, Change, and De-install) processes, and overseeing data center capacity and inventory. You will play a critical role in hardware maintenance support, asset management, and access control while ensuring high data quality and reporting through the ServiceNow ticketing system.
