Job Summary

This full-time role in Bremerhaven involves leading the electrical engineering department for a vehicle manufacturing company. As a Master Electrician, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical management and development of your team while ensuring production processes are efficient, high-quality, and on schedule. Your daily tasks will include the installation, testing, and repair of electrical components, wiring control panels and driver's cabs, and performing complex maintenance and modernization projects. You will also be tasked with documenting all work for quality assurance and conducting final vehicle commissioning. This position is unique as it offers an initial temporary placement through SYNERGIE with the explicit goal of a permanent takeover by the client company, providing a secure long-term career path in the automotive/vehicle construction industry.
