Job Summary

As an HR Business Partner for the City of Frankenthal, you will join the newly established Department of Personnel, Organization, and Administrative Modernization. This role goes beyond standard administration, offering you the opportunity to actively shape the future of public service. You will act as a consultant to employees and managers on all HR and labor law matters while driving the digitalization of internal processes. Key responsibilities include developing a new performance appraisal system, managing succession planning, and implementing personnel development measures. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor or Diploma) in Business Administration with a focus on HR, Public Administration (Diplom-Verwaltungswirt), Business Management (Diplom-Betriebswirt), Bachelor of Arts in Public Economics, or completion of the Administrative Specialist II (Angestelltenprüfung II) qualification.

Experience

  • Relevant professional experience in the HR sector is desirable
  • Proven experience in handling complex human resources and labor law issues
  • Experience in the independent processing of personnel administration tasks
  • Experience in developing HR strategies or modernizing administrative structures
