This role offers the opportunity to drive the digitalization of the German public sector by leading projects within the 'Postfach 2.0' framework, a central communication platform for digital exchange. Operating out of Munich, Nuremberg, or Regensburg, you will be responsible for the technical management of projects, including budget, risk, and quality management. You will bridge the gap between technical requirements and implementation by designing IT architectures and managing interfaces with internal and external partners. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree (or Diploma FH) in IT-related fields such as Computer Science, Information and Communication Technology, or equivalent professional experience/qualifications.

Experience

  • Professional experience in managing and leading IT projects
  • Practical experience working within complex IT landscapes and technical infrastructures
  • Demonstrated experience in creating structured technical concepts and translating business requirements into IT structures
  • Experience in E-Government or digital administrative applications is highly desirable
  • Experience in budget, schedule, and risk management within a project context
