Job Summary
As the Team Lead Utilities at Vetter, a leading global pharmaceutical service provider, you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of a dedicated team. Your primary focus will be managing and maintaining technical building services (TGA) at the Saarlouis site, covering critical infrastructure such as ventilation, air conditioning, heating, cooling, and specialized clean media systems (e.g., purified water and pharmaceutical gases). You will ensure high plant availability, conduct root cause analyses for malfunctions, and independently coordinate projects and modifications. This role offers a unique career path starting with a 12-24 month intensive onboarding phase in Ravensburg before transitioning permanently to Saarlouis. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training with further qualification (e.g., Master Craftsman or Technician) or a university degree in a technical field.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience within the pharmaceutical industry
- Several years of leadership experience in a technical or industrial setting
- Extensive experience in operating SCADA systems such as PCS7 or Desigo CC
- Proven experience in managing technical building services and utility infrastructure
- Experience using SAP to control professional processes and workflows

- The role requires a mandatory initial 12-24 month training period in Ravensburg before a permanent relocation to the Saarlouis site. This is a full-time, permanent (unbefristet) position.
