As an Automation Engineering Manager at Roche, you will serve as the primary technical authority for human biospecimen management within the Research and Development (R&D) division in Penzberg, Germany. You will lead medium to large-scale CAPEX projects from concept to completion, ensuring the integration of robotic solutions into the digital lab ecosystem. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency through the development of strategic roadmaps for biorepository automation and the implementation of high-throughput technologies. You will ensure system reliability through proactive maintenance, troubleshooting complex hardware/IT issues, and applying Six Sigma principles for process optimization.
