As a Senior Science and People Lead at Roche, you will play a pivotal role in the Pharmaceutical Research and Early Development (pRED) organization, specifically within the Biological Core Technologies department. You will be responsible for guiding a dedicated team of 6 to 9 specialists in molecular biology and protein chemistry, fostering a culture of mentorship and high-performance. Your day-to-day involves overseeing both automated and manual bioconjugation strategies to drive the design of next-generation engineered proteins and antibody-based therapies. This role is unique because it combines high-level scientific expertise in ADC (Antibody-Drug Conjugate) technology with significant people leadership responsibilities.
