Job Summary

This role offers a comprehensive entry into the field of Intellectual Property Law at one of Europe's most prestigious firms. As a Patent Attorney Trainee, you will undergo rigorous training to become a qualified German and European Patent Attorney. Your day-to-day responsibilities include supporting experienced attorneys in client consultations, drafting patent applications in collaboration with inventors, and formulating legal opinions on patentability based on research reports and examination notices. You will also participate in oral proceedings and support opposition and appeal procedures before the German Patent and Trade Mark Office and the European Patent Office. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Master's or equivalent) in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or IT; a PhD is considered an advantage.
