Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist at KiK, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the operational efficiency of international retail branch software. Your daily responsibilities include providing 2nd-level support, systematically classifying and resolving technical issues, and overseeing the continuous training and development of support staff across various countries. You will be responsible for monitoring support quality through ticket system reporting and maintaining a robust knowledge database by creating comprehensive documentation and training materials. - Proven experience in using ticket systems and generating performance reports
