This role involves leading and organizing the Technical Services department for the Green Space and Environmental Office in Mainz. As a Master Electrician and District Manager, you will oversee the maintenance and operation of decorative fountains, water playgrounds, irrigation systems, and building maintenance. Your daily responsibilities include coordinating both internal staff and external contractors, managing water supply systems in parks and allotments, and ensuring operational safety. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of technical projects, from planning and tendering to final acceptance and budget monitoring.
