As an Oncology Telemonitoring Implementation Specialist at Johanniter-Kliniken Bonn, you will play a pivotal role in modernizing cancer care through digital health solutions. Your primary responsibility is to facilitate the rollout of a Remote Patient Monitoring platform, allowing oncology patients to transmit symptoms and vital signs via a smartphone app. You will act as the central point of contact, guiding patients through the onboarding process and ensuring seamless communication between medical staff, IT, and project management. Day-to-day, you will manage workflows, optimize existing processes, and support the interdisciplinary team in integrating digital tools into clinical practice.
