Job Summary

The Johanniter Service GmbH (JSG) is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee the central management of building and operating technology for its nationwide network of acute care hospitals and healthcare facilities. In this pivotal role, you will define group-wide strategic guidelines and standards for technical infrastructure while managing the central energy procurement and ISO 50001 energy management system. Your day-to-day will involve acting as a central interface between construction departments and local technical leads, driving energy efficiency projects, and implementing the group's sustainability strategy. You will lead a dedicated team, manage budgets, and spearhead digitalization and transformation projects to ensure safe, economical, and innovative facility operations. Required Skills

Education

  • Extensive operational experience in managing complex processes and technical projects
  • Proven track record in strategic business development and team motivation
  • Experience in energy procurement, billing structures, and regulatory compliance
  • Demonstrated success in initiating and steering digitalization initiatives
